Check your account setupIn the BigCommerce app experience, an enrolled customer selects PasswordFree and scans the store’s QR code with their phone. They compare the black picture and number on the two screens, then accept in the browser. Their account opens and the phone shows a green confirmation.
LoginFree removes the email-entry step from this returning-customer flow. The customer still checks the request and chooses whether to continue.

An enrolled customer chooses PasswordFree to return to their account. Try the sign-in button in the store.

Open the enrolled app and point the phone at the store’s QR code. Here, select Scan QR code in the phone’s viewfinder.

The merchant enables the experience supported by their integration. App enrollment, browser recognition and device changes have different requirements.
